Set up: One third space, any number of players, 2 cones for each player.
Player practice "little feet" and body angles by moving in and out of the two cones they have set on the baseline.
Players move their feet in, out , in, out and then drive stright towards the third line and back.
Players can work in partners and take turns in how many sets they do.
As players fatigue, footwork may start to slacken so be sure to remind them of the actions in and out.
You could add in more cones in the straight run so it becomes more like shuttles and cardio based.
