DESCRIPTION

  • Split the group into minimum of 3 people with one ball per group.
  • Player 2 runs to the side to receive ball from player 1. She turns, feeds the ball to player 3. Player 3 feeds the ball back to player 1 as player 2 moves through to intercept the pass.
