This drill is to focus on catching the ball, the person in the middle should be the coach who uses different types of passes to pass the ball to the people on the outside. after going round once it then turns into a game where if one person drops the ball then they will have to go onto their knee and slowly go down until they`re prone. The aim of this game is not to drop the ball at all and finish the game with standing up on both feet.
