This drill will include 4 parcicipants and a ball. For this drill they are working on passing to more than one person number 1 will be bounce pass. number 2 will be shoulder pass and number 3 will be chest pass. For this drill i would also like them to follow their pass going in the same motion as the square. Cones will be added so they know where they are going. After the first person to past goes back to the place they started they will take a step back each time in order for it to get harder.
Back straight legs shoulder width apart when you turn to pass have the one foot forward to pass with more momentum. Look at where your passing/ who you are passing too to avoid any injuries or accidents.
