The objective of this drill is for the shooters to work on not clashing into each other when moving in the ring!
Whoever is at the top of the ring has the right of picking a direction to go either back left, back right and straight back. Person at the back go the opposite way of the person at the front. After working on moving without a ball, add C and WA and work on the moving whilst involving a ball.
