DESCRIPTION

Part 2 After warming up you should be fatigue doing this drill. Side step drive to corner side step down receiving a lob pass drive side step down receiving a lob pass repeat for 1 minute

COACHING POINTS

Keep pushing yourself even when your fatigue in game situations you will feel fatigue, this helps you work on maintaining your passes to be strong whilst exhausted
