Players can either stand in one line with the coach as the passer, or can make groups of 2 with one ball inbetween. Players start at white cone and drive towards either red cone of their choosing. The passer passes the ball into the player's space. The Player must then jump and land on her outside foot and then turn inwards to face the line again.(If she choose the right cone, she has to land on her right foot) When players are used to the turn action and are landing on their correct foot, players can start turning in the air to face the line immediately. The activity can then be changed that when the player jumps, turns and catches the ball, that she throws back to the line, instead of the coach, the person in front of the line will then through back to the coach and the player must then proceed to run from the red cone and try and intercept that pass.
