Anuschka Coach, South Africa

DESCRIPTION

One set of cones will be right up and the other cones will be flipped. The number of cones and varies colours depends on the number of players in the group. Split the group up and give each a designated starting point and which ones are theirs. When the whistle goes, teams have to go and flip their own cones. So if their cones are right up, they will have to flip it upside down and vice versa. Players are not allowed to touch others or step/flip other cones Teamwork and communication is key as to avoid collision between teammates
