Player 1 (WA) drives off either to the left or the right. Player 2 (WD) drives off the opposite direction from Player 1 (WA). Thrower passes to the person on their right. Other player changes direction and drives towards the player with the ball and recives. Once recieved, the player will then pass to the first person in the line (GS). First person in the line (GS) then passes back to the thrower to reset the drill. Both players carrying out drill will run back and join the end of the queue once they have made the pass. Progression: - Add in a defender. - Condition the drill to be strict on the 3s rule if not tough enough for them.
+ Players to keep thier heads up and be aware. + Players on balls of their feet for them to be prepared to drive out. + Player that drives out to the right needs to use their right foot and change direction and drive off with their left foot (Remembering to use their hips to help change their direction) + Range of passes should be used.
