Player 1 (c) is the ball carrier, the first player in the line passes the ball to the ball carrier and then sprints towards them before changing direction to take a pass, the 2nd player in the line then passes the ball to the ball carrier and sprints out before changing direction to take the pass on the opposite side to the first player. Once the ball has been caught by the worker, they pass to the next player in the line and the drill continues.
