Feeder aims to throw at attacker once they are at green cone. Feeder will yell out a word such as 'go' and both one attacker and one defender run out. The attacker to green cone to receive pass, the defender runs slightly infront to the blue cone area and tries to intercept.
There should only be a small distance between cones, 1-2 metres. Vary with lobs, chest passes, shoulder passes and bounce passes. Be careful it is laid out in a way that doesn't cause a trip hazard.
