
Set up square using cones. 1. Feeder starts with ball outside of square. Attacker and defender inside the square. 2. Attacker has to get free from the defender and recieve a pass on one of the cones 3. Defenders ob is to prevent attacker from moving, restricting her space. 4. Work for 2 mins then change roles
Ensure square is bi enough for players to sprint but small enough to make it hard for attacker. Attacker should employ a variety of methods to get free such as change of pace. Encourage attacker to think about creating space by changing the angle of their body
