If we are getting caught by the defenders on the wrong side of the court and we have a mismatch in speed then we can set them back to make use of this.
WA or GA may set themselves back off the line but not the best to do both. C pass to either and then move to the top of the arc. GD or WD should not move to where the ball was passed as this clogs up the area, move through where the C was to the center of the line in the center third. All others move into receiving positions.
