Throwers stand in two lines, spead out down the court and staggered as shown. Worker has the ball. Worker passes to first thrower then follows pass, making a lead straight to the thrower. Receives pass. Worker then pivots to face second thrower and throws a long, flat pass to them and drives.
Strong, hard drives towards throwers. Right handers - when leading right, land outside (right) foot and turn inwards (Opposite for left handers) Try to turn and land in one motion Passes should be flat and direct Throw and run in one motion - don't throw, pause, and then run. Movement should be fluent. Use the drive as momentum to push the pass
