Attack drill 1:The players get into 4âs,two attacking players one who is a center and the other one who is a shooter.One has to defend the centre and the other one needs to defend the shooter.If you get round your player you can shoot.Netball rules apply 3 seconds and if they have the ball 3 feet away.The aim is the attacking player needs to get free as if they were in a real game.
