DESCRIPTION

- In pair, 1 ball. - Attacker has the ball and faces away from the other player. - They throw the ball in the air and turn around. - Meanwhile the other player must jump back to 3 feet and apply pressure with hands over. - The attacker can receive a pass.

COACHING POINTS

- Use outside arm to attempt to ‘deflect’ the ball. - Jump/shuffle back quickly to where they think 3 feet is. - Attackers catch ball and turn around to ‘pass’, like a game situation.
