After practising marking the ball in the first few drills the focus of this session then turns to improving communication at the back - making sure your players talk so that they always have a player marking the ball when your team's not in possession!
A tight defence that communicates well will help you to win games - you'll concede fewer goals and will need fewer to win. Communication is key to good team work!
Starting with a thorough warm up, consisting of running, jumping and stretching, we then get to work - developing players' shadowing and shielding skills before putting their skills to the test in a final full court game!
