DESCRIPTION

It is not a race, everybody going at a similar speed. 14 cones needed and one ball. The order is: Jog, jog back to front, grape vine, side step in, side step out, high knees, bottom flicks, then back to the beginning with jog, jog back to front, grape vine, side step in, side step out, then you sprint to the ball and shoot. Then run back to first cone and do it again.
