
Shooters must start behind eachother clear , Drive to and hit the outside circle, change direction , Drive back to a green starting cone. Shooters must be aware of where the other shooter is. Always being opposite. 10 shots at each. 100% at green 80% at orange 70% at red.
Technique must be correct . Accuracy must be on point at green. Correct footwork If goal is missed , goal to be taken again with an adjustment made. Drives must be strong and direct. Different styles of shooting can be explored at the end of the session ie; steping in , stepping to side, stepping back , off balance
