You will need: Two feeders One ball One cone/chair/spare body Drill Description Player 1 runs towards the cone P1 receives the ball from Feeder 1 and returns the ball - using short, sharp passes! From their position, facing the feeder, P1 rolls around the cone/chair/body to run up to Feeder 2, receives and passes back as previously Rejoin the queue and go again Notes This is a fast-moving drill so the second player can run to F1 once P1 has cleared the area
Passing - keep it sharp and fast Footwork - fluid footwork, take care on the roll! Spacial awareness - imagine the cone is the opponent, don't want to cause contact in gameplay!
