Orange arrow starts with the ball. Green arrow runs to the opposite cone, turns hips and runs back to recieve the pass. Black arrow starts running to their opposite cone when green is running back, by this time green will have the ball, ready to pass to black. Blue arrow runs as black is running back, to then recieve a pass from black. You then do the exact same drill on the way back.
Players are to start running when the person at the cone in front of them is turning to run back for the pass. This works as a waterfall motion for players to time their passing/catching movement.
