Use small space, for example badminton serve box

Driving forward on straight to recieve straight pass. Running onto diagonal ball sent ahead.

Work continuously for 45-60 seconds and swap with partner

Coaching points

  • Feet under body
  • Quick take off
  • Push off outside foot
  • Shoulders/hips facing direction of travel
  • Spatial awareness, keep head up
  • Good ball handling
  • Strong 2 handed take
  • Strong passes
  • Quick release
