Description
Use small space, for example badminton serve box
Driving forward on straight to recieve straight pass. Running onto diagonal ball sent ahead.
Work continuously for 45-60 seconds and swap with partner
Coaching points
- Feet under body
- Quick take off
- Push off outside foot
- Shoulders/hips facing direction of travel
- Spatial awareness, keep head up
- Good ball handling
- Strong 2 handed take
- Strong passes
- Quick release
