This drill is designed to get the player to pass and move whilst keeping a low centre of gravity. Drill can be used as a fitness activity.
Coach Passes the ball to the player. Player catches and passes. straight back to the coach. Coach then calls out a colour. Player touches the cone and returns back to the middle. Repeat for 30 seconds or till form drops.
