Split the group into two and have them line up diagonally facing each other through the centre third. One side starts with the ball. Two players from the opposite line drive forward towards the ball, one player receives the ball, and the other player double backs to re offer and receives the ball, and passes back to the same side they started on. The workers should go back to the opposite side to which they started on.
