How to break a wall defensive centre pass
GA and WA must still act as though they are going over the line to start the WALL, C even only looks forward but knows she will pass back at 1 second to WD or GD,as soon as she sees WA/GA from opposition driving down. In this example WA then screens WD to allow GA the backspace to drive into safely. If GD was to receive, GA would screen for WA to drive into. GS must also keep her GK busy and either dummy drive other side or screen/hold GK in the ring. When WD/GD receives CP, they must let the ball go straight away before opposition has a chance to realise whats going on.

No more 50/50 toss-ups. When simultaneous infringements occur, possession now goes to the team that last had the ball. Here's what it means for your coaching.
Train your defenders to win clean turnovers, not just disrupt. The difference between good defenders and great ones is taking the ball, not just touching it.
