DESCRIPTION

WA and C work their way into each zone and land on the circle edge. They must use the WD or passer on the transverse line to get to the circle edge.

Add on - The C and WA use the passer on the transverse line AND eachother to get onto the circle edge. 

 

Add on - The WD is now defending one of the other attackers

Fitness - Coach will blow their whistle at any time during this session and all three players must immediately work together to get the ball down to the other end of the court regardless if there are any other skills sessions going on. They must use straights and squares and keep court balanced.
