For this drill the participant will need a netball. In this drill the participant will be learning how to shoot. Using different techniques in order to have a successfull drill. This will help the participants aim and allow them to work on their positioning and techniques in order to improve shooting.
Participant must place non- shooting hand on the side of the ball and the shooting hand at the back of the ball. They must make sure that their fingers are slightly open, with the ball resting in the fingers. They must hold the ball high above their head, have elbows slightly flexed and lined in the direction of the post.
