Start with all athletes in the centre third. Tell them to find a partner and go back to back. On whistle change to a different partner. Can't go to anyone you've already been with. Repeat whistle 5-6 times. That person becomes your partner.
Partners split and go into the outside thirds. 1 partner has the ball and this rotates each time they come together.
Coach calls first movement/s including ball handling for those who have the ball.
On whistle - athletes race to find each other. High ten elbows then go into a back to back squat.
First 3 teams get 5pts ea.
Then they have a pair ball challenge for 30 secs.
First 3 teams with the highest scores get 5pt ea.
Split to opposite thirds and repeat.
