Whole team in a big circle, 2 people in the middle of the circle. Players on the outside can throw the ball to whoever but has to be whatever pass coach calls and can not be to the person next to them. People in the middle have to work together to get 3 intercepts (2 hands on the ball). Once 3 intercepts has happened, 2 new defenders swap in.
