Ball starts with WA or C
Shooters are on rotation
WA & C must provide movement options
Shooter recieves ball from Feeder
Pass back out and go into rotation
WA & C can pass in or to each other
Shooters must have the ball minimum of 3 times before they can shoot
Defenders to "Have a Crack" when they see the opportunity
Recover and get back to defend the shot
Vary Defensive Techniques
If a defender gets the rebound they take the ball back over the transverse line to score a goal
If Shooter gets the rebound they play out over the transverse line and back to the circle to repeat drill
Rotate roles
Defenders:
Reading the play to intercept
Variety of techniques over the shot
Strong Turn & Block to rebound
Attackers:
Timing for your leads
Come on & off the circle
Desicion making - Best choice of pass into what space
