First drill:
Pass up and down the court. Students get themselves in 2 equal teams and get themselves in positions. They will pass up and down the court, going through each netball third and shoot at each end.
The aim of this is to pass into space which means students have to run at an angle and receive the ball into space to make it difficult for a defender. Also understanding the rule of no passing over a third.
