The aim of the game is to have as many netballs in your teams nest when the "times up" whistle blows.
Place 4 hula hoops ("teams nest") to form a square and then place one in the middle. Fill this middle "nest" with netballs.
Split the students into 4 equal teams, send one team to each "nest" and get them to form a line.
Only one player can go at a time. The student at the start of the line goes first to collect a netball form either the middle or another teams nest. Once that student returns, they go to the back of the queue and the next player takes their turn. The game continues like this until the time is up.
As stated in the diagram attached - the running player can either take a ball from the centre or from any opposing teams nest.
