Players form 1 line. A feeder stands opposite.
2 players from the line drive out at the same time, in different directions.
Feeder passes to one of the players (out in front) who passes back to the feeder. 2 players then return to the line.
Coaching tips:
1. First player leads off first, back player then leads in the other direction
2. The second player needs to watch and read where the first player is going.
Progression:
1. Add an extra pass before returning to the feeder.
2. Add 2 extra passes before returning to the feeder.
3. Add a bibbed defender. Passes cannot be lobbed.
