C pass overload

DESCRIPTION

Stage one of Centre pass overload.

  • We are the Black team
  • The team will know that we are using this strategy when the WA sets up near the GA
  • On the whistle, C will pass directly to WD just before the transverse line
  • At the same time, WA will roll off her WD and drive to receive the next pass near the Goal circle
  • GS will hold her space and prepare to receive the fast pass from WA

COACHING POINTS

  • C will try to not make her pass obvious to the opposition by looking around to the WD
