Two cones will be put on a line opposite each other, and two queues should be formed behind the cones, two feeders will stand in the middle of the two cones opposite each other so that they can pass to the players as they are completing their run. This drill can be slowed down or sped up depending on the ability of the players, however, the players should attempt to complete the drill without doing any footwork and trying to pass the ball back to the feeder with the different types of throws that they have been learning.
