DESCRIPTION

Work for 3-45 seconds, repeat 2-6 times

Feeder and worker in the middle of 4 cones.

Worker "guards" a cone slightly angled as if holding up

Feeder releases sloghtly lifted ball to middle, to which worker reacts and returns.

Find a new cone

COACHING POINTS

FEET UNDER BODY: no lunging, lots of light steps, especially on turn

PERIPHERAL VISION: angling body so that eyes can see ball

PUMP ARMS: especially within such small space, use of arms for momentum

TURN FULLY: getting head, shoulders, hips around to take ball with 2 hands in the middle securely
