On partners, one player completes the run course whilst the other exercises.
Size of the run course can vary according to other objectives within the session or players'ability.
Tabata style (20sec on, 10 off to swap with partner) repeat each exercise twice. You can run for longer intervals of add more sets.
RUN COURSE
Off back line, drive to cones and fast light feet zigzag through them, moving shoulders and hips in directions of travel
EXERCISES
1. Fast feet on the spot with fast ball taps between hands
2. Backwards lunge with ball raise obove head
3. Ball alternating under each leg with hops
4. Squat star jumps with ball to floor as lower and overhead on jump
5. Skaters with ball to floor to foot on each side
