Incorporating movement and ball work into a full court situation with players in position. relatively easy but can be difficult to perfect timing.
Example
GK starts with ball, GD and WD above the top of the circle drive forward, GK can passes to GD . WD (Player who doesn't receive ball) clears out and drives into centre third (make sure player is watching the other players on court) GK immediately after passing drives forward. GD has the option to pass to either GK at the top of the circle or WD at transverse. (If GK receives 2nd pass, 3rd pass is to WD).
Next phase. C and WA starting on further transverse line (this teaches attackers to create space for defenders to bring the ball forward) drive forward on an angle, WD passes to C. WA clears out (watching other players on court) and drives to the top of the circle. At the same time GA drives out of circle same side as C. C has the option to pass to WA on circle edge or GA. If GA receives ball they have the option to pass to WA or GS in the circle. If WA receives ball they can pass to GS.
Because there are 8 players either have 1 sub or use spare player as a defender in the circle to make harder for shooters.
