Gear - 2 netballs, cones for each player
Players in 2 even groups with each player at a cone down the court (as per diagram above)
Player 1 starts with the ball and throws the ball up over their heads, turns and catches the ball then passes to the next person down. The process carries on down the court from player to player.
Once the players receive the ball, they turn and passes to the next player. They then sprint down to the baseline, then run back to their cone where they started from. Getting ready to receive the ball that will come back up the court.
The last person who receives the ball at the ends of the line carries the ball with them to the baseline then back to their starting point getting ready to start the process going down the court the other way.
*Players to turn fully
*Accuracy and quality of the pass especially as they get tired
*Rotate the players regularly
