DESCRIPTION

  • Two players based in the circle and two players outside.
  • Players must pass the ball 5 times before they can shoot - using appropriate pass for success.
  • Players to attempt drill before being stopped.
  • Demonstration of where the three types of passes can be used - tactically between shooters or from the outside of the goal area.
  • Use a team to demonstrate success.

when ball is turned over player will have to complete five passes all over again.
