Set up:
WA on throw in side 1/3 of the way up.
C on open side, angled towards the top of the circle with partner behind her.
GA holding GD on the goal side so she has open space behind her.
WA holding until everyone is set up and GS is ready to pass. Receives first pass.
Passes to Centre who will run towardsthe top of the circle.
GA pops out to receive a pass and has the option to shoot or pass to GS who is trying to get free to get a pass.
WD is up on the 1/3 line as a back up.
If GK comes back to mark WA then the long throw to Centre is on as the GD is being held on the goal side. GS to pop out and receive pass
