DESCRIPTION

2 Feeders, 1 Worker, 1 Ball

Feeders face each other about 5 meters apart,
Worker stands off to one side

  • Worker drives out on 45 degree angle past 1st feeder, catching ball, landing on outside foot, pivots on outside foot then passes to 2nd Feeder
  • Worker then drives back on 45 degree angle pass 2nd Feeder to take next pass
  • Work for 10 Passes then swap over players
  • Repeat Worker coming from other side

COACHING POINTS

  • Players should first focus on landing in a controlled manner, and being steady and balanced before they attempt to pass.
  • Passes should be shoulder passes
