- In groups of 5-8
- Players form a circle and pass the ball from player to player around the circle
- Another player runs around the outside of the circle
- The player on the outside tries to get all the way around the circle before the ball gets back to where it started

- Increase the distance to make the passes longer

- Player on the outside must walk / skip / gallop around the circle

- ‘W’ shaped hands
- Elbows out to each side
- Step forward
- Push the ball from your chest
