Two lines of playrs start on a line.
D moves out directly ahead to recieve a pass from A.
A then moves out in the same direction as D had done. A gets a pass from D in about the same spot.
D then cosses to where A started to recieve another pass from A. A then completes the same move on the opposite side and D pass the ball across to A
