1. 15 sec plank and sprint to the cones enabling change in direction.
2. figure of 8 x5 times, making sure the players face the same way. This encourages light and fast footwork.
3. fast feet down to the cones
4. 2 shots at goal to practice shooting
5. 20 speed passing at the wall, if they drop the ball, they need to start again.
6. side shuffle between the cones, each time they reach a cone, they need to bend down and touch it. 20 times
7. balance on one leg in the middle of the circle and reach down while on one leg and touch each cone. cones places approx 2-3ft away. Complete exercise on both legs.
8. in the push up position, arms straight, in line with the middle cone and touch each cone once.
9. fast feet to each cone and back to the middle cone x2
10. Drop the ball and run around the cone only allowing the ball to bounce once. this encourages fast and quick direction.
11. 10 sit ups
This circuit is designed for players aged 16+.
