After prelim movements (timing is extremely important here), players run diagonally towards the ball to catch.
Once the ball has been released from players hands, they will run down that side of the court as a 'back up' in case the next receiving player cannot get free.
This continues down the court until the ball reaches the GS.
GA runs into the ring for a backup pass if needed.
Perfect timing is crucial.
