Feeder starts by throw ball up in the air and turning to pass.
Attacker 1 decides to drive either forwards in to a box to receive a pass, in turn Attacker 2 drives forward into the box to recieve the 2nd pass.

drives backwards into a box to recieve the pass and in turn the 2nd attacker drives forwadrd and makes a prelim move before dropping back to recive the pass on the circle edge
The first attacker dictates the move of the 2nd atackers reading of the game and making her drive into the best avaiable space
If the driver moves forward into one of the front squares, the worker is able to move forward to receive. If the driver moves into one of the back squares, the worker must push off into the back space to receive on the circle.
Encourage the worker to complete a preliminary move before making their final drive for the ball, as this will become important once defenders are added.
– Complete 4-6 repetitions before rotating positions.
