DESCRIPTION

Players line up along the baseline and complete the following warm up circuits:

1. Jog x 4

2. High knees x 2

3. Bum kicks x 2

4. Side shuffle x 2

Then, players complete the following stretches

1. High kicks

2. Quad reach

3. Sumo squat + lateral lunge

4. Calf stretch

5. Lunge with knee grab
