Green 02 (Centre)

Sidestep Left OFPO, Stidestep right (OFPO), 45* Drive RECEIVE & RETURN, Outlet Drive, RECEIVE RETURN

Green 03 (Far Right)

Figure of 8, 45* Right COD left & Hit circle RECEIVE RETURN

Orange 01 (Far Right)

Drive to far cone, OFPO, Def Slide to drop, RECEIEVE & RETURN  (2 Back & 2 Up) Repeat @ all 3 points

orange 02 (Centre)

Dodge left then right behind def/orng cone, front cut left on 45* drive, RECEIVE & RETURN, Outlet Drive RECEIVE & RETURN

Orange 03 (Far Left)

Baseline drive Out RECEIVE & RETURN, OFPO Baseline drive to post RECEIVE & RETURN

COACHING POINTS

Circuit will not work if athletes dont use Outside foot landings and Outside foot push offs. 

HIP ROTATIONS ARE JUST AS IMPORTANT FOR FEEDERS AS IT IS FOR WORKERS. 

Encourage Feeders to Fake and feed ie: fake the pass @ the drive before the initial pass so they are rotating their hips.
