This drill will teach fast movement, the ability to be aware of whats going on around you and teach players to clear out and then re offer.
Start with 8 players facing each other splint into two lines with 4 on each line. One side has the ball (passer) the other line is the workers. The workers start with clearing, they then turn and drive back to the ball to receive, they then pass back and as they clear again they will drive onto the next passer. The person on the end of the line must get around (the back) to the first passer to receive the ball. Run through for about 2 minutes the swap over passers and workers.
